Issue: Protests

Dear Comrades
We understand that violent protests are not acceptable however we would like to point out that using the army is not necessarily the best option. We would like to send a delegate to be the arbitrator between the government and the protestors. Also we ask for more information about the protesters and there demands and actions.
Thanks Comrades
Signed: People's Dictator Heduk Lore

Its his country, he can do what he wants. And all the rebels are from minorities, so they aren't the voice of the people.
