OOC: A nation can take whatever stance it so wishes on this sort of thing. Itanica's position is full military support of the Rebels. Also seeing as it seems to wish to participate in the WA then I assumed it was going to follow WA legislation. Either way, Itanica would condemn a violation of Human Rights, even if it's not official law in his country.

In fact, if Srpska-Krajina wishes at a future time, the United Socialist States of Chaego is more than willing and happy to provide military aid to help crush these violent terrorists. We would even deploy infantry and armored divisions to help out the government.

However, these rebels wish to overthrow the government which we, the Legislative and Executive branch of Skarakia, officially recognize as the true government of Krajina.
