King Apollo, by Royal Decree, has opened the nation back up to the foreign community after King Hades canceled the Emabssy Program in 1942. King Apollo announced that a new Under-Foreign Affairs Council position would be created to handle Embassies and Ambassadors and that the Emabssy program would be re-opened during a speech at the Sept-Centennial Ball of the Creation of the Empire, when Athens joined with Thebes and Marathon, in Thebes. The embassies can be located in one fo three places, Athens, the Capitol, Sparta, the military Capitol, or Thebes, a cultural Capitol.
