The International Security Comittee of Arctacion would like to fund the country with a sum of 65 Million Polar Crowns to support the effort to resolve this complicated scenario. It has also been approved that we will send in a deployment of SSA Agents to help foil any new and developing plans my the Old Panovian Terrorist groups.

Status Report:

Nuclear blast has left 200 who were working at the station dead and a huge plume of debris is raining down on 50 000 civilians in villages to the east. A huge radioactive cloud is being blow over to the City of Rodinay in the south west.

With the hugely gererous donation given to us by our allies we were able to by vast amounts of Rad-X and RadAway from the International Medicine Market and troops that we had originaly sent to help Arctacion were turned away and helped evacuate the city just in time to save just over a million civilians.

RadiSupp Troopers and Clean up Squads have been sent in to retrive trapped victims and clear up the lingering radiation.

Situation has been diffused. Though many are homeless and could be for next few months, they are safe.

Now we go to war with Panovia to find and kill those responsible and wipe their Anarchist government off the map once and for all.
