Welcome to the First Annual Septentrion Cup Football Tournament!
Were talking about real football, not that American crap I played in high school

This years tournament will consist of a series of double elimination games hosted in the Glorious Sylvan Commonwealth.

Scorination will be handled by an excel sheet on google!

The actual games will begin on Friday (January 23) and continue each Tuesday and Friday night.

An RP bonus will be awarded to teams that RP their games so that inactive competitors do not overshadow more involved participants.

YESS I'VE BEEN WANTING TO DO THIS FOR SO LONG~

Thing is though, will we be sending individual clubs (like the top clubs in our league) or a national selection? Anyway, we need to set up a ranking thing. I downloaded a scorinator program on java actually which is used in the sports tournaments, I could do the scorination.

If we're doing country selection, it might be good to play some friendly matches beforehand (and RP that) to set up a ranking system, if you know what I mean?

Actually, a "Septentrion League" would be interesting, considering the low number of national teams anyway which would be our version of the World Cup, just in a different format. Everyone plays each other twice and the world champion is the one on top. Should be pretty simple, if we want to go further we can have a Champions League sort of thing where each nation can send its top 1-3 clubs or something.

Bio: Wanka takes pride in its national sport and the role it has played in recent history, helping to promote reconciliation and bring about the reintegration of former fighters back into society. The new upstart team is one without much experience playing together yet with the main focus still on the Liga Wanka; these, under renowned local coach Hahn are Wankas best. The unusual formation dictates a nonstop fluid attacking style which however tends to leave gaps in the defense. Star players include captain Per Galen, the team sweeper whose attacking ventures are in equal amounts praised and critisized and striker Johann Müller. All eyes are also on the young Heinz Haradra who has made a mark on the Liga Wanka, to date scoring 11 goals in fifteen games helping Union AV to the top of the table by the winter break.

Also, style modifier aren't stats, the "stats" are the rankings, basically, which is why they are so important. Higher style modifier simply means more goals will be scored, on both ends, I think.
