Moscow, Russia

Levichev watched the disturbing video for the eighth time in a row. It's one thing for Uzbeki terrorists to threaten Mother Russia over the Kazakhstan affair-hell, it was even expected-but to actually publicly execute members of his own party...
...and his party called for action. As he started the video for the ninth time, he began to write a letter to anyone that would listen. Russia could not, at this very moment, afford a war. Especially not a war in a country such as Uzbekistan.

Tokyo, Japan

Prime Minister Akio Suzuki was due to give a press release later today detailing the addition of 30,000 more men into the Japanese Defense Forces. Over the last few years, the Japanese government received more freedom from America, allowing them to practically control their entire military free of foreign restriction. They had formed various agreements with North Korea, reducing the fear that they would attack the Japanese mainland. Their nation was growing, forming more and more trade agreements with outer-nations, as well as improving the basic living conditions of their citizens.

10 Downing Street,London
May 1st,2016
Charles Atkinson had been Prime Minister for just under a year now,and already he had made significant changes to the country. Just as Britain was changing,so was the entire world. Whilst the war on terrorism was essentially over, and North Korea could hardly be considered hostile anymore, there were all sorts of signs that the next few years may not be pleasant, from the buildup of the Japanese military to the unions, both violent and non-violent,that were becoming commonplace.
His train of thought was interrupted by the arrival of a letter from Russia.
"Hm,Uzbeki terrorists? I knew we couldn't have a minute of peace."
Ultimately, the decision was reached that it would be better for Britain to stay out of these affairs,if possible.

Tokyo, Japan

Suzuki had just finished his speech and was being driven back to the Sōri-daijin Kantei, his office and residence. Upon his limousine pulling into the parking area, he was approached by one of his senior advisors. Being shocked to see them at this time, he responded rather curiously.
"Hideo, it's strange to see you unannounced. Is something affront?" Suzuki questioned, giving the signal for his driver to leave. Hideo pulled out an envelop, handing it over the the Prime Minister.
"Russia sent out a letter. Situation with Uzbeki terrorists. They were curious to see if you could assist them."
"Help them? We have problems of our own and I don't see how we benefit from a foreign conflict." He frowned, placing the paper back inside the envelope. Pausing for a moment, he walked away, mentioning to Hideo that he would write a response.

Suzuki's Office, Tokyo, Japan

Throwing the envelope onto his desk, he ordered his waitress to pour him a glass of his favorite liquor. Seating himself, he began to write a response to Russia.
Dear Premier Levichev of the Russian Federation,

I have recently received your plea for assistance in this issue. However, I don't see a way that we can assist you effectively. Have you considered making a plea to the United Nations, or even possibly holding a council meeting with them? I'm sure that'll handle your situation. I'm terribly sorry I can not assist further right now.
Signed,
Akio Suzuki
Prime Minister of Japan

Kim Jong-un. Supreme leader of the DPRK. So far, probably the most successful as well. He has restored relations with Japan, South Korea, and the United States. He has ended the embargo on the DPRK, and though through all this. He isn't trusted by much of the world. He hasn't put in an effort to reach out to the European continent. Several nations of whom served importance to Kim Jong-un; Russia, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom. He sent a letter to all 4 nations asking for permission to visit and have a diplomatic meeting within their nation.

To The Sovereign Nations of : France,Germany, Russia, and the United Kingdom

It has come to my attention that with in the last 3 years, we have not been to friendly. I would like to ask for permission to visit your nation. Tour important landmarks, and also have a diplomatic meeting. I wish for our nations to become the best of allies, and become prosperous trade partners as well. Thank you for the time.

It had only been a few hours since he had received the letter from the Russians, and already Charles' advisor was approaching him, holding what was clearly another letter.
Wordlessly,he handed it over.
'A diplomatic visit from North Korea?'
Although relations had improved,he knew to be skeptical about this.
He began to write a reply.

Whilst I believe firmly that improving our diplomatic relations is in the best interests of both of our nations,I fear the public may not react well to a diplomatic visit. Perhaps a conference with the EU would be better for this purpose.

The air force continued to found e HAL FGFA and AMCA project while getting SU-30MKIs. With the army getting more t-90s and The Arjun MBT. India still needed trade partners though.

We accept your trade proposal. We believe that this trade and military agreement will benefit both of our nations greatly.

~From the desk of Nikolai Levichev

As Levichev finished the short letter and handed it off to someone who knew what to do with it, he contemplated invading Uzbekistan. It was against international law, of course, but if the US could get away with it, why couldn't Russia?

Paris, France
President Francois Hollande was made a favorite by the citizens of both France and Luxembourg. He had worked his way into the government, and he would be leading both nations for another ten years. He managed this by urging the French parliament to pass a law allowing his leadership for ten years. He didn't view himself as a dictator though, because at the end of the ten year period, another election would take place. Though, he probably would win that election too.

Hollande was sitting at his desk when he received a letter from the Democratic Republic of Korea. Relations with the nation and France have not been the best in the recent decade, but apparently Kim Jong Un wishes to establish a diplomatic visit within France and Luxembourg. He wants to become allies with the Republique. He thought to himself as to how bad that would look to the general public. Kim Jong Un posing for pictures in front of the Eiffel Tower, or the Arc de Triomphe. Kim Jong Un walking down the Champs-Elysees. Kim Jong Un at the Grand Ducal Palace in Luxembourg City! President Hollande immediately wrote to Kim Jong Un.

To: The Democratic Republic of Korea
From: The French-Luxembourg Republic

Dear Kim Jong Un,

I am pleased to hear that you wish to visit France and see our beautiful landmarks. I believe that some pressure between our two nations must be relieved as well. However, I regret to inform you that I believe a visit to France and Luxembourg by any diplomat of your nation is found to be inappropriate. This is why I recommend that you push to have a diplomatic meeting with the European Union, instead of just France.

Signed,
Francois Hollande

Washington, D.C, United States of America

Washington D.C., the worlds most Powerful Capital, is under intense pressure from Anonymous hackers, after the largest hackings in history, which affected the world Economy. On the other side, Barack Obama announces his resgination after his second term, giving Arnold Triton, Democratic senator of Nevada, the election spot, and the majority of Democratic Votes. However, Lewis Stanford is in the lead with the majority of votes. Advertisments swarm general TV channels associated with

"LEWIS STANDFORD 2016"
"ARNOLD TRITON 2016"
"Do not vote Lewis, he will evict your home and your job!"
"Do not vote Arnold Triton, he will be a historical remake of Richard Nixon!"

Other than that, the US sends an important favor to the Japanese, reguarding to invest in the Vehicle Manufacturing.

Tokyo, Japan

The city was buzzing as normal. It was early in the day, and peopled rushed to their jobs, never wishing to betray their readiness for work. Suzuki's speech had been broadcasted on every media outlet, allowing the majority of the populace to hear it. The amount of military had increased, with Japan trying to create their own equipment. However, they still were reliant on some of the United State's weapons.

Japan's Defense Force was content with the military aide, as they had been under-funded as General Jiro Ito stated:

"We were practically the laughing stock of the continent when it came to military readiness... I'm glad to see that the new Prime Minister is taking defense seriously."

Seoul, South Korea

Park Geun-hye was one of the most popular leaders in the histroy of the ROK. It seemed that she would be re-elected. She had restored relations with the DPRK and increased the ROK's military and technological might. All U.S. troops had withdrawn while the ROK navy had become one of the few blue-water navies. Now it was time to make plans to unify the Korean Peninsula. She would sent letters to the nations of Russia, India, and Germany. Meanwhile the defense budget was increasing and ROK Armed Forces had plans to become one of the most well-trained armed forces in the world. The K2 Black Panthers were an excellent addition and more were ordered.

To The Following Nations : Germany, Russia, and India

It seems that troubled times are past and it would seem that it is necessary to make alliances. The ROK would like to create a weapons development cooperation and trade alliance with you. I would also like to purchase the rights to manufacture several of your weapons. I hope you will accept this offer and that our nations will become prosperous allies. I hope to hear from you soon.

Park Geun-hye,
President of The Republic of Korea.

Secretary of State John Kerry steps out of the Air Force One Boeing 747-800i (its basically a stealth and highly luxurious and classified government jet that is capable of flying over warzones at 65,000 feet.) and awaits the Japanese Prime Minister's jet to park at the Airport.

"Ah, isn't it a nice day in Hawaii?" John says when he looks at the beaches and beautiful scenery of Honolulu, as well as the high-class financial district.
As he steps out of his jet, he is greeted by US Marine Corp. Guards, holstering Authentic 1950 M14's, dressed in fine Navy blue clothing, and standing very straight.

CACOM Station, The Pentagon

CACOM (Cyber Army COMmand), is on its usual day, patrolling the World Wide web for any vicious and very dangerous malware that can expose world secrets or break the economy. As the highly classified base deep under the pentagon does its usual work, something very weird happens.

"Colonel, you gotta see this, it says "A MESSAGE". Should I delete it?" Says a fellow CACOM soldier on his job patrolling worldwide E-mails.
"Delete it. Infact, it can be a virus." Colonel Henry Rodriguez says.
"Yes Sir."

As the mysterious message got deleted, masses of spamming suddenly occurs around all Emails around the world, often with about 300 Messages on Email saying "A MESSAGE."
"Sir, we are getting reports of mass spamming in the World Wide Email net-"
As the spamming continues, a logo of the infamous hacking group "Anonymous", appears on the screens of most Computers all over the world. The Anonymous speaker then speaks with an edited voice, to prevent his identity being shown.

Image

"Citizens of the world, Leaders of nations, Anonymous, because of our master sent to life in prison for "honoring", the victims of Hurricane Victor, will launch the greatest campaign a fat man on the internet would ever know. We shall provoke those that resist us, and we shall show what REAL Vigilance is. Should you resist, we shall take it much further. This has been an announcment from Anonymous.
WE ARE LEGION.
WE DO NOT FORGIVE.
WE DO NOT FORGET.
WE ARE ANONYMOUS.

After the outrageous announcment, the Colonel becomes enraged, speaking these words,
"Men, we are going on Cyber Defense Level 2, we are to do our best to keep these assholes out of our computers, or it will cost us our lives! We are to contact the United Nations about such a thing."
"Thomas!"
"Yes, Colonel?"
"Bring this damn letter to the President at once or it will cost us our heads."
"Sir yes sir!"

Honolulu, Hawaii

It was Suzuki's first time here, and he wasn't very interested in seeing the sights. Preferably, he'd rather delve into the meeting as soon as they arrived. His private jet touched down, and two of his guards opened the door, awaiting him. Suzuki laid the work he was currently drafting on the table and threw on his overcoat.

He walked down the ramp, waving proudly at the media around the area. However, he was also looking at the Secretary of State.

Tokyo, Japan

The Japanese Defense Forces were up in arms over this so-called "Cyber Attack". Most of their workings were electronic, and this potential breach could prove to be very hazardous. Sensing this, the leadership ordered all devices to be further secured, and slight monitoring of the internet to occur if it seemed to affect them directly.

As Levichev started the video for the forty second time, suddenly the screen went blank. The Anonymous video relayed.
His Cheif Advisor broke into the room and told him that military system across the country were going down. The CIS Central Database was down. Nuclear silos were not responding. Levichev was just short of having a panic attack. Russia was falling apart. His aide told him that the US and India were having similar attacks.

Levichev walked over to his desk, and stared nervously at the window. His aide told him that the IntelSat was down. At his latest development, Levichev turned around and picked up the red phone on his desk, moving it to his ear and waiting for someone to answer.

Tokyo, Japan

General Jiro Ito was up-in-arms over this cyber attack. He considered it outrageous that they would be targeted, and then, be threatened to not ignore them when they hadn't even submitted their terms. He ordered various teams of computer analysts to attempt to trace the signal to a source. The General had hoped to put a face to a name.

A.K Antony was like his Russian and american counterparts furious about the attack and wanted the hackers location to be pin down so that they could be arrested for their crimes. So an order was issued that the best computer analysts could find where to try and find the location of the hackers.
