As we are located in the Large Magellanic Cloud, a satellite galaxy of the Milky Way orbiting 160,000 light-years from the Earth (Right Ascension 05h 23m 34.5s, Declination −69° 45′ 22″), we are currently building a Hypergate connecting our world to GESO members and we are willing to connect our Hypergate to one in your territory.
All nations shall be granted the full rights and privileges found in the [Geneva Convention]. This includes:
- Full Extraterritoriality for the Chancery of an Embassy, Consulate-General, or Consulate and the home of the Ambassador, Consular-General, or Consular and their Administrative and Technical Staff
- Immunity from Arrest or Detention for the Ambassador, Consular-General, Consular, their immediate families, and members of the Administrative or Technical Staff
- Immunity from subpeona or prosecution for the Ambassador, Consular-General, their immediate family, and members of the Administrative or Technical Staff
- Immunity from subpeona or prosecution for Career Consular Officers, Honorary Consular Officers, and Consular Employees on matters of official business
- Career Consular Officers, Honorary Consular Officers, and Consular Employees may be subpeonad or prosecuted for matters outside their official duties
- The Imperial Union of Akrid reserves the right to declare any individual persona-non-grata and to order their explusion from Akridi territorial space
The elevator to the Center-Line rail system is located 10 km spinward of the Imperial District. Mass Transit includes rail systems running north south located every 00*10' around the circumference (16.97 km), with trains running spinward and anti-spinward every 10 km down the length of a chamber. Non-Mass Transit options include Personal Rapid Transit vehicles which operate similar to taxis or buses and may be dialed up at will, privately operated Grid-Cars which draw their power from the road or from the broadcast stations, or privately owned electrical or hydrogen ground-vehicles. Electrical power is provided by private companies operating broadcast stations located on the Center-Line Rail System for a cost off $0.04 per kWh, those wishing to be semi-independent may set up photovoltaic systems to capture power from the plasma tube or wind turbines to capture power from the corliolis winds. Similarly, communications are handled by private companies, and embassies may set up private comm repeaters on the Center-Line rail if they do not wish to use private services.
Nations may keep an FTL Capable small craft at the Nova Akrid Airport, where they will be allowed to use the FTLi Exclusion Cage. Nations may also keep a number of small aircraft no larger than a 75 m in wingspan capable of vacuum operations in a hangar at the Airport.
Districts are a kilometer on a side, with the exception of the Telos Road Districts, which are two kilometers long and 250 m wide. A lot is 50m long and 45m wide.

While Chanceries may be of any size and design, it is suggested your chancery be a small office building with the following dimensions
- Basement: 35m x 32m for security and communications personnel
- 1st Floor: 35m x 32m with a reception desk, a security station behind the desk, two rows of teller windows - one for citizens of the chancery nation, one for citizens of other nations - small offices for consular officers, and a conference room
- 2nd Floor: 42m x 32m with cubicle spaces for employees, an office for the Chief of Mission, the Deputy Chief of Mission, and other Senior Foreign Service or equivalent Officers
- 3rd and 4th Floor: 42m x 32m with dormitories for employees living in the embassy, refugees and asylum seekers, etc.
- Waist high walls with an iron fence atop, with a security gate and checkpoint
- Underground Garage for four or more vehicles
It is recommended your Ambassadors move into one of the more upscale neighborhoods of the City of Akrid, including:
- High Garden - High Wealth, Medium Density neighborhood atop a hill on the outskirts of town
- Nullam Vestem - High Wealth, High Density neighborhood located four blocks from the House of Commons
- Pontecrucis - Medium Wealth, Low Density neighborhood across the bridge from Palazzo
- Palazzo - High Wealth, High Density neighborhood near the shopping district
- Per Navale - High Wealth, High Density neighborhood along the river
- Quivira - High Wealth, Low Density neighborhood and home to the aristocracy, named for an obscure Centaur word for a land of wealth
Non-GESO allies should expect to double the size of the chancery, while GESO Members should expect to triple the size of their embassy due to the importance of the shared diplomatic connection. Non-GESO Military Allies and GESO Members should include offices and residences for military attaches and their staff.
Although you may choose any number and armament for security personnel, it is suggested you bring no more than a company of light infantry trained in military police protocols equipped with small arms. Should increased security be necessary, it is requested you contact the Gendarme for support.
