The Slavian Party Of United Slavia
United Slavia is one of the main political parties of Slavia. It contains 8 nations, two of which have positions held in the Regional Government. The head role was recently taken up by Bolguria, who has since led the party into being the largest party in the political spectrum.
One of the main objectives in the party manifesto is to achieve the proven idea of "Brotherhood and Unity", which was first coined by the ex-Yugoslav leader, Marshal Tito, in his bid to further unite Yugoslavia. As a party, we believe this is key for a region such as Slavia. A region can never function properly if the nations within it are not united, therefore it will be a disgrace towards new arrivals. United Slavia also believes that the big issues facing Slavia (Such as the continuous unregistered puppetry) have been solved to our members perseverance and passion to make Slavia the best region throughout NationStates. We also hope to bring Slavia back to her former glory, if not better and bigger than ever before.
We also believe that we should aim to further strengths our inter-regional ties with other region such as Slavya and The New British Empire, as alliance with other regions will further strengthen our regional security, as well as helping other with their security issues. We also welcome all types of nations, whether Slavic or not, as long as you serve the party and Slavia well and fairly, you are welcome to join.
Foreign Policy: We wish, if elected, to have closer ties with Slavya, The New British Empire, and The Cooperative Union. The party would encourage open and fair dialogue discussions with our allies, and would support treaty's and pacts to be signed as if to show a good friendship "on paper". Along with these noble and powerful allies, we wish to ensure Slavia, as a region, play's a key role in the international politics of the game. We will, as apart of FRA, continue to liberate and protect regions, for whatever circumstances, have left themselves open to attack.
Domestic Policy: As part of the "Brotherhood and Unity" inspiration, one of our main goals is to keep Tito's teachings between our residents, and to prevent any kind of disobedience or vulgar behavior. One of our main goal is to make nations in Slavia more active and increase contribution, so they can enjoy every aspect our region has to offer. For that we would like to make our governing bodies more efficient and serve primarily the purpose the exist for: To serve loyally to Slavian nations. Moreover The puppetry issue is a growing issue in Slavia these days, and a phenomenon we'd like to solve; We believe that quality is more important than quantity, and therefore we would apply a series of steps to verify suspicious nations, and removing them. At the same time, our recruitment efforts will continue to bring genuine nations to our region and make it more prosperous.
Defense Policy: The military by far will be one of our key areas in which we would like to push forward in. We believe that although Conscription would create a massive, powerful force, it is not the answer to the overall problems facing the SPA. We would continue the system of now, which is based on what ironically many Slavic nations do: A Hybrid between Conscription/Professional armies. Everyone would be put into the one division, the National Guard units, however if one wises to enroll in more exciting battles instead of staying in Slavia all the time - We have the Defender's Taskforce. Both can then be combined in what is called the "State Emergency Response Division", which would be used in extreme emergency situations if needed.

The party has a motto which in turn represents our beliefs, Liberty, Equality, Brotherhood. Our parties main aim's are;
-To maintain the unity and brotherhood abundant in the region of Slavia.
-To prevent Conflict of Interest, and to enforce justice.
-To maintain and increase Slavia's foreign influence.
