Charter:
1. All sentient beings are born equal, regardless of race, species, gender, political views, social background, financial background, religion, or sexual orientation (or lack of a sexual orientation).
2. All sentient beings are free from tyranny and oppression by their government. All sentient beings have the right to question, petition and peacefully protest against their government.
3. All sentient beings are free from fear and discrimination.
4. All sentient beings are given the freedom to rise or fall on their own merits, and not be coerced into a specific social or economic position by their government, or by a lack of social mobility.
5. No sentient being is subject to slavery, unlawful torture, or otherwise degrading treatment.
6. All beings have the right to a fair trial. No sentient being shall have power over another when before the law.
7. All sentient beings are free to form their own private views and opinion.
8. All sentient beings have the right to access education, but it is the responsibility of the being to pursue this right, not the responsibility of the government to automatically provide it.
