Y'know, I keep referring people to this thread as a place where they can learn a bit, and "No" or "Burn it!" doesn't help much. So I usually want to jump up and down on the toes of S&I posters who do that. But I have to concede, this proposal is so broad it's hard to know where to start.

I went with "duplication", since the very well meant "let's stop the miners wrecking the evironment for the animals" intent is covered by multiple environmental Resolutions (linked the author to the "Resolutions by Category" thread). I could have tagged "the sum of 100,000,000 NSD" as metagaming, since NS doesn't have an official currency, however much $NS is roleplayed. BTW, in case anyone was thinking it, the "polar regions, forests" thing isn't a RW reference, though Earth is probably the mindset behind it.

Updater: the proposal was removed at the author's request. Had it not been, it would have been regarded as plagiarism. The relevant section of the OSRS (emphasis added) reads:
