Understanding that Black Markets are not only a source for illegal goods, but nations with large black markets do not receive a large portion of their taxes.
Understanding that Black Markets rely on untraceable forms of currency to remain anonymous and undetected.
Believing that the abandoning of non-traceable forms of payment will eradicate Black Markets globally.
The World Assembly hereby:
- Encourages member nations to adopt a fully electronic payment system.
- Assists in the creation of such a system in nations who desire it.
- Requires all electronic transactions made visible to the corresponding nations government, with said information not allowed to be publicly shown. This information will only be used in the locating of black market deals.
- Requires all forms of electronic currency to be verified before they can be transferred from National Bank accounts into that currency. For a currency to be verified it must be added to a government tracing network. Non verified currencies will rejected when trying to transfer.
