OOC: I think you were looking for the SC forum, but I'm fairly sure your "proposal" wouldn't fit that either. In any case, the GA doesn't deal with gameside regions in any way or form.

While the idea of increasing World Peace by killing anyone who disagrees with you does have historical precedence, I think you are in the wrong part of the WA (try the Security Council) or the wrong forum completely (try the Game Play areas?).

OOC: You're probably best off to approach your region about this on your regional forum. The Pacific had an army for some time, but I'm not sure if it's still operational. There's also a Pacific police guard which is always operational. Best to ask around there - this forum isn't involved in regional politics.

EDIT: You could also ask your provincial governor for help via telegram. They'll have more information on your region's ongoing activities.

WA would not be the place for this proposal. There are rules and resolutions in place prohibiting the formation of a WA army.
