It has long been up for debate whether nations of this world should have the right and/or privileges to infringe on other nations' rights and/or privileges based on simplistic hear-say and/or generalizations categorized by fat-cat politicians in a region near you. This matter is of far more importantance, as it questions some of the very principles of this assembly. The matter of decision making by Sovereign Nations world wide.
Stating that every nation should have the right to make their own decisions free of the entanglement of the beauracratic train wreck which is fast becoming the WA
Noting that the WA passed resolutions should have an "opt out" option for members whom has/have:
1. Withdrawn their vote from the resolution
2. Withheld their vote from the resolution
3. Shown no interest in reading, debating, voting, or complying with the resolution
Assuring that the member whom has selected an "opt out" will have the effects of the motion eliminated and their record updated to state that (said nation) has opted out
Believing that this "opt out" option for members whom have either missed the voting of a resolution or have failed to vote in any manner, or have no interest in voting for (said resolution) will give nations their sovereign right as independent governments to avoid the decisions for their people by other foreign member governments of the WA
