Refutes that some groups (specifically minorities) being mistreated specifically because they are part of that group is something that can be allowed, especially in the World Assembly
Proposes:
- 1. that swift action be taken to protect minority groups that are segregated
2. that countries that lack certain (or all) Civil Rights can and should still be held accountable for segregation
3. that countries may still maintain a lack of Civil Rights, but install platforms for equality
4. that segregation not be allowed, especially for internment of possible enemies, and obviously for the elimination of certain groups
5. that countries with Civil Rights be held as accountable for the segregation of groups as countries without
6. that violations of equality between all groups be dealt with swiftly through sanctions, condemnation, or by force (queue the Security Council)
