Applauding independent nations genocide prevention efforts

Perplexed by WA lack of incentives to stop genocide worldwide,

Determined to solve those problems worldwide


Aspiring to do so with international cooperation to best protect and sustain the sovereignty of member nations

This World Assembly hereby:

1.Transfers 5,000,000 USD to nations per annum if they continue with national prevention and education of genocide;

2. Badgers nations to facilitate genocide education in curriculum.;

3. Creates the “World Assembly Genocidal Prevention Committee” to classify when a genocide is happening and to educate the general public about the issue at hand ;

4. Transfers the ability of the World Assembly Genocidal Prevention Committee to activate 5,000 armed genocidal prevention security forces to stop a genocide when it has been determined it has happened with the committee ;

1.Transfers 5,000,000 USD to nations per annum if they continue with national prevention and education of genocide;

OOC: Real-world cash counts for real-world violation, so that alone makes this illegal.

4. Transfers the ability of the World Assembly Genocidal Prevention Committee to activate 5,000 armed genocidal prevention security forces to stop a genocide when it has been determined it has happened with the committee ;

And it's also illegal for establishing a WA army. As long as GAR #2, Rights and Duties of WA States is in the books, the WA can't have any armed forces. Plus 5000 would be a piffly number.

IC: As stated above Ambassador, this is already covered by other proposals. I admire your effort here, and think it is fantastic you care about such a serious issue, like genocide. I salute you for that.
