Many nations are hindered by the fact that other, more powerful nations are antagonizing them by declaring war. War harms the environment, the government, the people and the economy. The WA should pass a bill against wars. This bill would also limit the amount of weapons legally allowed by a country. I understand certain capitalistic, corrupt fascists do deserve attacked but we should try to negotiate instead.

It's an interesting topic, peace. However, as my colleague Tinfect said, this is not a proposal. Furthermore, it contradicts 2 GA, which states that 'War in the World of NationStates is defined as a consensual act between two or more NationStates. WA Member States may, at their discretion, intercede against declarations of war on behalf of NationStates who wish to avoid war'.
