Noting that companies can legally exploit there workers;
Believing that the labor class should be protected from these companies;
Further believing that it's morally wrong for a nation to allow companies to exploit their workers;
Realizing that employment for certain companies can put a workers health in jeopardy;
The World Assembly Herby:
Defines the "labor class" as people who are employed for wages in manual labor.
Declares:
(1) Companies must compensate workers who have been injured while performing their job,
(2) Companies are Forbidden from making workers work overtime with no pay,
(3) Companies are forbidden from making workers work in harsh environments without proper equipment,
(4) Companies are forbidden from forcing workers to work with hazardous materials without proper equipment,
(5) Companies must offer health benefits to all workers,

Um, no, they can't exploit their workers.

So, this assertion that workers are not "covered" is just so much bullsqueeze. What you have drafted is an ill-conceived, not very well written, pile of duplication. Please do some research first.
