It's still a committee only! The new clause requires member states to cooperate with the committee, I don't believe that this is sufficient as the normal test of stripping out everything to do with the committee, leaves you with no requirement or encouragement solely operative on member nations.

No categorical effect whatsoever. Still duplicates GA#8. Still contradicts GA#2. Still a committee violation. Still a category violation. And Whovian Tardisia raises the excellent point that this force will be powerless to pursue WA diplomats, who are automatically granted diplomatic immunity upon being accredited to the WA.

There is no possible way of making this legal, ambassador. Give it up already.
