The Union of Kingdoms and The United Kingdom of Sayedd is proposal the Extinguishment of capital punishment (death penalty) in the signatory Countries of the World Assembly.
I ask support of all nations for the extinction of this barbarism.

You would first need to repeal the Convention on Execution.

That's not really a wise course of action.
If you have any actual care on this matter, then you will read the rules of the GA and participate in some other debates to learn how things operate.
This is not the kind of place you can shout platitudes and cause a movement.
