APPALLED by the fact that there is currently no International Criminal court to prosecute these criminals.

Hereby,

CREATES the WA Criminal Prosecution Court (WACPC) to

1.Prosecute individuals that do not abide by international law prescribed by the WA.
a. "Individuals" include every citizen of a nation, including its leader.

2.Prosecute nation leaders or high-ranking officials that
a.Murder or assault citizens of other nations.
b.Torture citizens of other nations.

MANDATES that all members of jury in WACPC trails are fair by
1.Making sure that jury members are not enemies of the nation being prosecuted or citizens of the nation being prosecuted.

ALSO MANDATES that the WACPC cannot receiving funding by the taxation of nations.

AUTHORIZES the WACPC to try anyone a jury of 10 says is liable.

He's learning- in the entirely wrong way, though I confess to be a contributor to the lack of activity that gets in the way of learning through debate. The election cycle in Defwa has been taking a lot out of me and there's still months left.

So lets look at this.
Creates, clause 1, requires the individual investigation and trial of every citizen of a country for any world assembly violation.
Creates, clause 2, completely robs nations of the ability to handle crime done by political elite of foreign countries in their territory even when they're fully capable of doing so for no good reason.

You don't really outline any procedures. Your first mandates clause doesn't really mean much without that. I have no idea what this jury consists of or what its actually supposed to do. A jury of ten what? And ten out of how many? Were they selected before a trial? Why? Before looking into any of this, there are a few resolutions on trials and courts already present. Any international court would have to be in compliance, so that's a good place to start.

How do you expect the court to be funded? This exempts it from the general fund by the transitive property. Any fines could also be considered taxes on nations.
