My nation due to my ineptitude is paying the consequences

The workers are passing hunger and begin to starving

while the "elite" are gaining control of the country
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
I am not looking for Dictatorship, help to stop this situation

For example punish to Social Elite, Increase the equity, ect...
