The World Assembly,
Strongly reaffirming its belief that all citizens should be able to defend themselves with a firearm.
Believing that Gun Control problems are not contributing to the rise of criminality.
Convinced that lesser Gun Control would solve this issue.
Facts are that people use these guns for self-defense. If we take their guns away then we are taking their defense away from them. Its the person that kills, not the gun. That's why I call for more tests to prove that you aren't a crazy wacko.
I would be willing to compromise.
These are the articles of this bill:
1. Allows the possession of any guns.
2. States that in order to own a gun a civilian must have a gun permit.
3. Affirms that a gun permit can only be obtained after taking classes from trained gun instructors and passing 3 different examinations conducted by a certified psychiatrist.
4. Confirms that illegal possession of a gun, illegal in this case means someone without a gun license who is carrying a firearm, is in violation of this law and is considered a crime punishable by incarceration up to 5 years and fining.
5. Overturns any previous Anti-Gun bill and replaces it with this one.
