RECOGNIZING: A corporation does not fit the criteria of being a person


REALIZING: That certain restrictions should be in effect for corporations to benefit working class people.

Therefore the World Assembly declares

1. A corporation or business or private business shall not be recognized as a person in any court of law.

A corporation is by definition recognised as a person for legal purposes: Thats's what the term means.
'Corporation' is not, as you seem to think, a synonym for 'big business': It is a legal label tthat applies to any organisation of any type that has been "incorporated". Local governments are often corporations in many nations, for example, religious organisations can be corporations, charities can be corporations...

I came here to get an opinon on my proposal before its submitted and I would like to re word the proposal i made that was deleted. I want to work with every socialist nation on nation states i would like to be your friend not your enemy and I even encourage non socialist states to work with me.

OOC: You do seem passionate, this is good. Remember though, this is international law, it is not a simple process. I can offer advice: First, read the rules. There are category/strength violations present in it's current state, as a start. I do not see ideological ban, however, as others have accused.

Second, remember that quote Separatist Peoples said on the first page:

Remember this. There are states where there is literally no government to speak of. We have dictatorships, monarchies, republics, communists, fascists, empires, and yes, even nations that are run by a corporation (or conglomerate). All are welcome in the WA, as long as they follow the rules.

It is your job to a) convince enough people that these issues you raise are an international issue, and b) work a proposal so the language does what it is supposed to. Remember, the law does what it says it does. It must spell out literally everything. Appealing to socialists while referring to the helpful veterans as 'right wing hacks' just gets you dismissed as another communist idiot. While this is an RP forum, save the RP for the debates, not the proposal language. I would honestly suggest abandoning this and participating in a few debates of other drafts to get an idea as to what is required.
