DECLARING that only the state of war can rouse all sentient beings from the detestable state of slothfulness, for war can lead to a state training its citizens in the use of weapons and launching whole armies of men to battle, and the idea of a violent death, which many fear, has the potential of causing the soldiers to become ruthless in battle, spilling the blood of all who try to destroy them in an attempt to avoid death for themselves,

NOTING that while war can lead to large-scale destruction, at least people now have something useful to do (that is, slaughtering enemies and capturing towns, cities, and forts in the name of their country),

FURTHER NOTING that war is able to build a spirit of teamwork and solidarity among the soldiers, who are united under the banner of their nation, as they work together towards total victory on the field of battle and also during sieges,

DEMANDS THAT ALL MEMBER STATES:
1. Prosecute the war effort with the fullest vigor, enlisting as many citizens as possible into their armed forces. Sentient beings of all ages are available for enlisting.

3. Ensure that all citizens are fully armed and prepared for the war.

Bad grammar and wrong words - "nations" doesn't translate to "kansat" in this instance, but "maat", and since it's member nations, it's "jäsenmaat". There's a reason that Google Translate is an endless source of hilarity for me, when making it translate between English and Finnish.
