I'd like to say I'm available to scorinate a conference. NSCAA 8 stated signups in March 1, 2017. BTW, who is in charge of NSCAA Basketball nation? It CTE'd.

Huh, must've been thinking of when the tournament actually started. As far as the nation is concerned, I believe Ceni is still in charge of that.

Signups for the 10th NSCAA Basketball Tournament have been opened.

This is a little earlier then it has been the last few years, but it should get the tournament more in line with the NCAA tournament.

Can I split my 8 teams among multiple countries?

I don't believe there is an official rule against it, but it would be preferred by the prospective hosts if you kept it to one nation.

There was an edition of NSCAA where I entered 2 schools from Saintland and 6 from Free Republics, all treated as the same nation OOCly, so its definitely been done in the past. There is the risk though that a host might erroneously not count your bonus for both nations.

Thats basically what I would be doing. All 8 teams would be ranked in Xannerias post as one OOC entity where as they would be ICly a same entry.

If this is what you want to do, then it's fine. There's nothing inherently wrong with it. Not what I would do, but I do appreciate that you kept to the eight school limit, combined.

If you only want four (or any number fewer then eight) schools to participate that is perfectly acceptable. Let me know if that is your preference.
Note that each school does not have to individually roleplayed, so even if you were to RP about one school exclusively, the RP bonus is applied to all your schools.

I have given myself, Valanora, Cassadaigua, and Drawkland each two conferences and Lisander the requested one.

Giving one of the nations that have two conferences to scorinate a third conference means they cannot avoid scorinating a conference with one of their schools in it.

If the only drawback to starting basketball is the fact that I'm scorinating only one conference, then there's no drawback. I decided to try only one because I was not too confident that I would be accepted. But if there is one left, yes, I can handle two.

Since I missed both the first scorination and then yesterday's with RL issues, I'll be doing a triple scorination tomorrow to catch up and be on the same schedule with the rest of the hosts. As this is a lot of MDs done at once, any RPs done in this window will be multiplied by four times.
