Rescorination of the Men's 100m and 400m Semifinals will be done in 3 hours, as soon as I reach home (currently without a laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection).

I could be mistaken, but it looks like all the affected nations had three athletes in the semifinals. With only two heats, you had to have multiple ones in the same heat.

Those are not the ones affected. It's my accidental non-recognition of sight with seedings of 2 other events' SF (those that had 3 heats) while running very short of time.

Hate to be a bother. In the K-4 womens basketball. West Phoenicia should be 2 Wins 1 Loss. Not the other way around.

4-seat Kayak in women's basketball? Sounds like an interesting concept.

Anyways, that error is fixed, at the same time as the rescorination of Men's 100m SF and 400m SF :)

I will be on holiday for the next couple of weeks, and by all indications the internet will be crap/non-existent, putting a halt on my ability to RP. My apologies to the host(s).

Are the heats going to work in the same way in the actual Olympics? It works far better in the qualifiers than it did in the previous Olympics.

Yes, heats in athletics, canoe sprint, and rowing will be properly represented. (Not in swimming, since advancement in swimming is based only on the overall classification.) I don’t like to cut corners with those, although I understand why other Olympic hosts do.

Thanks. Now I'll finally know how the Puller family and friends (my entire sprint canoe team are pretty much one massive extended family) would do properly.

Hi Liventia, for day 3b's men's 100 semi finals I was just wondering how come Daza Jabulani (TGN) qualified for the Games when Ferdinand Maloy (KRN) did not, considering they both had set the same time of 9.99 in their respective heats.

As indicated by the different ranks next to their names, the tie was broken by the photo finish system. (When athletes in different heats are tied, their times are determined with 0.001 s precision using the photo finish system. If those times are still equal, then they would remain tied.)

For ease of posting, would it be OK if I was to split my roster up into several posts? My screen reader has a habit of going really slow on long posts.

Is there any particular reason why there appears to be two concurrent Beach Volleyball tournaments going on? I'm probably missing something obvious, but my nation's pairings of Farran-Ridge/de Groet and Boorman/Oswaren appear to both in Groups A10 (FR&dG) and A12 (B&O) respectively (scored by CH), as well as in L11 (scored by Liventia). I don't know whether is this is a snafoo or whether I just have poor basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Thanks in advance either way.

Yeah that'll be my error, the wrong Elizabeth and Olivia teams were somehow advanced out of the first group stage. The Aeropag scores are correct; they will be removed from Group L11.

Just FYI both for hosts taking roster bonus into account and for our opponents, we have several other teams filled out on our roster post now instead of just 'TBA'.

CH, in your most recent set of results you list the men's 200m as being semis and final, but appear to only have posted the semis. Also, the WR for that event was broken earlier, unless you're wanting to ratify it (I can provide the file and screenshots once I'm off this plane).

The “Overall ranking” spoiler was missing its closing tag, which resulted in the 200 m final and 400 m final results being caught in the spoiler. I’ve edited the post to fix that and the world record.
