Users
The Glorious Southwest Productions is comprised of the Eternal Realm of Valanora and the Outlandish Lands of Farfadillis, both nations nestled neatly into the southwest of Atlantian Oceania. Travel between the two nations via sea or air is common and the pair are renowned locally and internationally for their sporting achievements and excellent level of skill in the game of football. Though a contrast in cultures, both would welcome tourists from the world over should they be awarded the bid for this tournament.

Format
While we have no way of knowing the exact numbers for the World Cup at this moment, our preferred format would be 15 groups or 20 groups of equal participants. In the event of a 15 group format, the top two nations from both groups will qualify directly to the Finals, while in a 20 group format the group winners would qualify and the runners up will take place in a two legged playoff that will be seeded based on qualifying performance. These two are our preferred group formats but we will consider other formats should sign up numbers dictate the necessity.

Scorination
We have decided that should we be awarded the bid, that we shall be using xkoranate 0.3.3 using the NSFS formula with xkoranate modifiers. RP bonus shall be sufficiently generous with a gratutious bonus for those who provide a roster while the bonus shall be cumulative during the qualifiers. A small carryover, of which will not exceed one full matchdays worth of RP bonus, shall be had from the Qualifiers to the Finals, while the bonus in the Finals shall be cumulative as well. Tiebreakers shall be used in the following order: Points, GD, H2H GD, H2H Results, Wins, Drawing of Lots.

Experience
The user behind Valanora has hosted over 20 events both in the WCC scope and in the greater NSS community, as well as being the caretaker for the CdC, AOCL, and HCL, in addition to nearly forty cycles of domestic scorination. Farfadillis has hosted an AOCAF, Copa Rushmori,CE, and BoF before with great success and is looking forward to the chance to add a World Cup to his resume and expand the pool of World Cup hosts.

We will now be taking any questions, comments, criticisms, or concerns you may have.

Guys, seeing that we are getting near the crunch time, let me ask you a couple of questions.

1) In case your bid is elected, how will the group format be sorted out, considering that we have around 150 entries.
2) Apart from experience of Valanora (which is extraordinary) what marks the difference of this bid compared to the rival ones?

In the event of around 150 signups, we would most likely opt for a 15 groups of 10 each with the top two in each group qualifying ahead to the Finals. For your second question, we offer a bid that will be very technically sound, as that experience of hosting that I have provides for a very sleek and clean tournament when it comes to the technical aspects. I should also mention that our competitors are using unorthodox methods, with one using a qualifying format that is not within one of the traditional formats and unproven whether it is viable, while another is using style modifiers which have been proven to be broken.

In addition to what my co-bidder outlined, I think another thing we can offer is an expansion of the hosting pool (Hi!) in a time when we get unopposed bids most cycles.

Sadly, this is not one of those cycles. *shakes fist angrily*
