Okay. Turns out that yesterday, instead of scoring the Alpine Women's Giant Slalom I scored the Snowboarding Women's Parallel Slalom event. So I will rescore that event and replace the defective results (which will be spoilered but left there in the interests of transparency).

As a result:

Nikolia loses a gold medal to Kyrjasmark
Ficiscia loses a silver medal to Mattijana
Electrum retains its bronze medal

There seems to be a tie in points between athletes in 3rd and 4th place in Women's Freestyle Halfpipe. What's the criteria for breaking the tie?

Looks like something I missed. The bronze medal will be awarded during the next cutoff.

Alright, and that's a wrap. Thank you all so much for RPing.

I know it's customary for me to do a closing ceremony roleplay, but I haven't had the time and the energy to do so, so you can expect the usual stuff to happen including: Closing ceremony flagbearers (Electrum's flagbearer is Loreen Kim), a big dance at the end where the athletes intermingle, some fireworks, the boring speeches, some more ice skating demonstration, etc.

I would like to thank everyone again for sticking with me, hosting for my bid, roleplaying, etc. I have always wanted to host this event ever since I joined these forums. In fact, the Winter Olympics in Liventia was the very first NS Sports forum-related-event I had ever signed up for. Thanks to Transalpine Republic especially for organising the demonstration events.

I know some of you may be disappointed in your results: never fear; persist and the rewards will come. Coming up next will be the Summer Olympics, and I hope to see you stick around next year for the next Winter Olympics. This is Electrum, signing out.

Great job that you did hosting this wonderful event. It was my first time participating in a sports rp. And while we left with no medals due to an extremly small delegation it was a joy to rp.

Big thanks

Thank you very much Electrum for the great Olympics, and sorry I missed a few RP's. I'm very happy with our result, even though it took some time to take off, and pity neither Joka Petterssenn nor Kyra Vestera could win a medal... some nice surprises too though.

Well done, Electrum. You were a great host, as was Transalpine Rep. I hope you consider doing it again for another cycle.
