Liventia will once again send a small delegation to the Winter Olympics, identical to the team sent to the previous winter Games in the Free Republics. The Liventia Olympic Association hopes to be able to return to a larger delegation in time for the next summer Games.

Do I need style mods for my teams, or is it all skill?

You may provide them, but they are by no means compulsory.

What I'm more getting at is: will they have any effect?

Hey, I just realized my Modifier was too high, can I still edit that for you, or would it be too much work for you? No worries either way!

Thanks

1 Sarka Pancochova (SJO) 95.75 93.75 95.75
2 Vesta Pollux (EST) 91.25 87.00 91.25
3 Kayden Almeida (QMB) 93.75 78.00 93.75

Is that a mistake in results or ranking order? Or supposed to be that way and I didn't understand something?

And these games are going meh for me :( no freestyle medals yet... this is very similar to road cycling in the Summer ones, but without the strong track team to back them up. Nille Viranen winning a slopestyle medal as the youngest member of the delegation would have been a nice story ^^

Yes. This is a mistake. I will correct it immediately. Medal tally to be updated to reflect the changes tonight.

Quick question about the curling....

I stress this isn't a complaint, merely a query about organisation made out of personal ignorance.

How was the draw for the knock-out stages made? Is it normal for a team to qualify for the next stage and then face a team it was also matched against in the group stages?

Apologies for the double post, but this is best posted separately.

Collaborative RP opportunity

I'm looking to identify two gay athletes who I can RP as being in a newly formed relationship; they should preferably be from two different nations.

I am specifically looking for a couple who are comfortable and confident about their sexuality who Fr. Vasily can be outraged by. The purely IC outrage will be played for comedic effect, and will also involve Fr. Vasily accidentally stumbling across a film called The Adventures of Rodney Ramrod IV - Hard Rods of Steel.

I'd prefer for the gay athletes to be identified by other players so as to avoid me inadvertently causing offence by randomly picking athletes from other nations whose controlling players would prefer for them to be straight.

Please TG me if you'd like to volunteer one of your athletes.

This looks to be an oversight, and it should not happen. It shall be redrawn and re-edited in.

Just a quick question. In Curling with the Pool result tally. What does the column PD stand for and what is it's purpose?

Hey guys: I have two things to apologise for today. Firstly, how late the results were scored (totally out of my control today), and secondly the lack of results for the Men's Aerials and the Men's Snowboard Cross. This is because Nationstates logged me out whilst I posted the results, meaning that when I posted, it didn't let. Once I logged in, I couldn't go back to the previous page and recover my results, hence I had to go back to xkoranate and copy the results I had onto the post. The Aerials is a three stage final, with 8 athletes eliminated at a time, whilst for the Women's Nordic Combined, it had been saved and done on excel (so the results there on fine), and finally for the Men's Snowboard Cross, I had saved the last three rounds on Notepad, so the heat results were lost. Again, apologies.
