Welcome to Kannap
Welcome to the great nation of Kannap once again for the fourth edition of the Kannapian International Tennis Open, also known as the 4th Kinterten. We welcome back competitors who may be returning from the first three Kintertens and welcome new competitors to this competition. The Fourth Kannapian International Tennis Open will be held in Kannapolis, Kannap. Men and women will be allowed to enter the tournament and the tournament will include doubles and singles competition, as well as a youth tournament. We hope that this Kinterten will be the largest thus far and welcome you to participate in these great events, citizens and athletes of the world!

This is a great question that athletes and spectators alike may have, and we will take this time to educate you on the history of the Kannapian International Tennis Open.

What Competitions are Taking Place?
This tournament will take place in a way very similar to the Third Kannapian International Tennis Open. Below, you can find the list of competitions and their descriptions. ATP sanctioned competitions will count towards ATP rankings, non-ATP sanctioned competitions will not.
Singles Competition (ATP sanctioned) - This competition will play host to a maximum of 64 competitors who will compete over six days, October 19 until October 24.
Doubles Competition (ATP sanctioned - This competition will play host to a maximum of 64 doubles teams who will compete over six days, October 25 until October 29.
Male Youth Singles Competition - This competition will play host to a maximum of 64 male competitors between the ages of 13 and 17 years old. This competition will start on October 16th and end on October 20th. First place winner wins $1,000,000.
Female Youth Singles Competition - This competition will play host to a maximum of 64 female competitors between the ages of 13 and 17 years old. This competition will start on October 22nd and end on October 26th. First place winner wins $1,000,000.
Youth Doubles Competition - This competition will play host to a maximum of 32 doubles teams. Teams may consist of two males or two females; teams may be mixed - One female, one male. Athletes must be between the ages of 13 and 17 years old. This competition will start on October 28th and end on October 31st. First place team wins $1,000,000.
Scorination
This event will be scorinated using Xkoranate, which is the same program that has been used when scorinating the first three Kintertens and the Kannapian March Tennis Open in March 2014. A separate RP/Results thread will be created at a later date. RP posts will add scores to your athletes ranging between 1-3 per RP post.
