Rugby Union World Cup 24 Sign ups (Closed)

Rugby Union's oldest and biggest tournament returns for its twenty fourth edition! Any nation wishing to sign up may do so in this thread. Puppet nations may be accepted into the tournament at the discretion of the eventual host, and are limited to one per master nation. Host bidders are requested to have their bids submitted by 1700 UTC on 20 October 2015 (Tentative date), after which the NSRB's members who have entered will hold a vote to determine the host nation.

This is also a stand-in signup for Neu Engollon, NSRB acting president.
