Formal Bid for the Campionato Esportiva 14

Part One - In Character Information

The Federated Isles of The Sarian, The Sarian Federation or simply The Sarian is an archipelago located in Esportiva. The archipelago, which has an area of 47,000 square miles (122,000 km²), comprises Isle Saria, Isle Regis, Isle Kensingtea, Isle Oakhurst and many other smaller islands. Each Island contains it's own unicameral legislative body, with the countries national assembly taking responsibility for its defence, finance and foreign affairs. The islands' capital is Lavington on Isle Regis.

The population, recorded at 56,855,870 in 2198, primarily consists of native Sari, although other nationalities include Yttribians, Felixian and Lojish. The predominant and official language is Sarian English. Other widely spoken languages include Spanish, French, Lojish and Norwegian.

The islands lie on the boundary of the subarctic and temperate maritime climate zones with both major islands having mountain ranges reaching to 46,000 feet (14,000 m). The islands are home to large bird populations, although many no longer breed on the main islands because of the effects of introduced species. Major economic activities include fashion, oil exploration, tourism, and sheep farming with an emphasis on high-quality wool exports.

Part Two - Out of Character Information

As is customary, there will be groups with equal number participants, who will advance to a Round of Sixteen, with a standard knockout from there on in. The tiebreakers used will be Points, Goal Difference, H2H Points, H2H Goal Difference, Goals For or, if all fails, a tiebreaker match.

The scorinator used will be the most recent version of xkoronate using the NSFS formula. RP Bonuses will be cumulative and scored between 0-3, with quality preferred over quantity.

As for experience, I have hosted the 57th Baptism of Fire (with the Royal Kingdom of Quebec), the 21st and the 19th World Lacrosse Championship as well as multiple seasons of my domestic league.

The Utopian Republic of Star United States is currently in a reconstruction phase. The country has terminated it's presence in a regional war. With a diverse culture, the population sits at about 96 million citizens. It is ruled by the Supreme Council, with a president leading it. English, Spanish, and Portuguese are all recognized as the official languages of the country.

The Jeckish Union, formerly known as Jeckland, currently sits in a post-civil war period. The 95 million population of the country is ruled by a centre-right government. The country's favorite sport is football. Rack City sits as the country's capital and English is the most common spoken language.

Star United States has hosted the following: First, Third, Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Star Triathlon Worldwide Tournament; International FireStorm Cup VI; Second 5-A-Side World Cup; Sixth Quidditch World Cup; and the First Triathlon World Championship; World Lacrosse Championship 21; Campionato Esportiva XIII; Baptism of Fire 59; as well as a national league of sports.

Jeckland has hosted the following: Rugby League World Cup 14; World Baseball Classic 32; and Watterson Bowl III.
