If you don't like the match event you're not being forced to RP on it. It's an extra RPing opportunity that you could have chosen to ignore altogether and just RP it as if nothing's happened.

yeah, except I chose to RP and you literally called me out as if I had done something wrong for RP'ing. I RP'd before my opponent and I addressed the bazookas. they were confetti. next time don't use the word "fans" in the same sentence you say "bazookas" and I won't have the ability to do something like that. it was a creative way to explain the bazookas.

I do not recall a case where bazookas are used for throwing confetti, not is it fit for it.

Also, you certainly don't know how crazy some fans can get in real life. Go ask Brazilian/Argentine/etc football ultras...they've done some crazy stuff in past and might still do so. I think I'll leave it at that.

I just said using Bazookas for confetti's quite bizarre and you just overreacted over that. instead of not following to the extra RPing opportunity, you used it and now you complain about it?

Well, from an outsider's perspective, you are not having any fun at all when it comes to this. It's a creative writing forum and you're getting up in arms about how you wanted to focus on a totally serious storyline when there was this *optional* side story that was totally voluntary to participate in. If you found the idea of missiles coming to hit your team really stupid, then why write about it in the first place? It was optional in the first place, so no need to blow up about it.

I don't get this whole gaslighting thing, telling me I'm "blowing up". clearly Quebec was irked enough about my RP to quote it to the OOC thread. I had fun turning the bazooka blasts into confetti so I don't really see the big deal here. Everybody seems to be saying "it's a creative writing forum" and then getting upset when I take advantage of that creativity. If Quebec hadn't tried to start something by degrading my RP as unrealistic, I wouldn't be posting here, would I?

I didn't like the match event, so I turned it into something I did like. Shoot me.

EDIT: If there was some grand misunderstanding, then I apologize. But to be honest, your quoted post with all the periods and empty lines seemed way more aggressive and flame-y than just a "hmm, this is an interesting way to RP bazookas"
EDIT2: It seems like the first misunderstanding was the match events as a whole. It wasn't clear that the match events were optional and I thought if I didn't address the bazooka in my RP, then I'd have to let my opponent RP whatever he wanted to with it.

It should be 59-0 and not 61-28. The table was already correct for matchday 2, but then in matchday 3 it sort of got wonky again.
