We currently have 30 BOI signups. As it stands, I would bump Nukehavistan and Jecatria to make 28. If EQS is willing to extend World Bowl signups to 60, since all he needs is groups of 4, I would be willing to hold signups open for another 48 hours or so in the hopes of getting two more BOI-eligible nations so I don't have to bump anyone. I would be willing to sign up Gregoryisgodistan Special Administrative Zone if necessary to make numbers work, though I would request a third-party scorinator for any knockout stage games they may play. I will confirm with that account if necessary once we know what EQS is willing to do. If GSAZ is not needed for the BOI, it will not enter the World Bowl unless needed for numbers.

That gets us to 31 BOI entrants. At this point I'm confirming GSAZ. If there is another BOI-eligible entrant, GSAZ will be bumped. After that, everyone will be waitlisted for the BOI (but not necessarily the World Bowl; that's up to EQS) unless we get to 40 in the next 48 hours, which is unlikely. But assuming Hambeich is granted entrance to the World Bowl, it will be able to participate in the BOI.

I've got no problems with leaving the WB open to 60+ participants, so all since the last signup update are accepted for the WB as well as the BoI. The OP has been updated to reflect the needed changes. I'll also note that Britonisea is BoI eligible as a returning user, and would not have counted towards the 16 nation requirement was there still a lack of interested newcomers.

I'm going to open up the BOI thread with these 32 teams on the assumption that we will get two more signups for the World Bowl at some point since I've waited long enough and don't want to kick anyone out. Accordingly, the everything thread and schedule will be up shortly.

Nornaius and New South Aqmuland have now both CTE'd. Assuming that at least one of those will not be revived, Karditan will take one of the open spots in the tournament field. Should both be revived, Karditan will take the place of the last puppet to sign-up which did not participate in the most recent Baptism of Iron (Coconutstan).

The World Bowl everything thread will hopefully be up sometime this evening (EST). Apologies for the delay, as the beginning of the new university semester has kept me fairly busy lately.
