Remind me again what you've hosted before? I may be interested, but having no WCC hosting experience myself, realistically I don't have much of a chance unless my bidding partner either has WCC hosting experience or at the very least, a lot of non-WCC experience.
Nothing, I'm in the same situation like you, always participating, never hosting till date.

1) I have hosted, just not a WCC event. That's why I'd make a good junior partner, just not a good senior partner. I'd recommend you get more experience before you bid for such a major event. Then bid as a junior partner with someone more senior who does have not just hosting experience but WCC expereince. That being said, I'm not on the EWCC and don't have a vote for BoF.
2) I already found a bidding partner at this point, so I couldn't bid with you anyway anymore. Maybe I'll win and eventually launch a bid with you as senior host once you get more experience.

Greg, I do have an EWCC vote, and on that basis I would observe that this would oftentimes be a happier forum if you stopped trying to tell other people what they can and can't do.
Fluvique's post reads as follows:Fluvique wrote:I would like to bid for hosting the baptism of fire, if anyone is interested in a joint bid.
That's not a statement that he wants to be the senior partner in a BoF bid, merely that he's looking for a partner. If a suitable partner came along, then there's absolutely no reason why he shouldn't bid.
You don't need to have the extensive experience you're implying to co-host the BoF. Traditionally, the BoF was used as a means to give individuals with no prior hosting experience the requisite experience of hosting a WCC event alongside an established WCC event host, so it would be entirely within precedent and the event's history if an established and well-known partner were to come along and offer to help Fluvique host the event. There's no obligation for anyone to do so, but it would be well within event norms and precedent if they did.
Summed up, Fluvique's done nothing wrong, his post is entirely within accepted precedent for the BoF, and your own subsequent posts betray a lack of knowledge of the founding principles of the event.

I'm pretty sure I'm on the WCC, with two RP'd WCs under my belt.

Apologies to 46566, whose numerical name borked the sheet a little and caused the team to miss out on the 0.57kpb points they were due from their Baptism of Fire appearance. I'm not sure what the correct thing to do is in this situation. I've added that 0.57 to 46566's current kpb points (they're now listed as 'Team 46566' in the sheet) so they can enjoy that extra push next cycle rather than last cycle.

Such as BoF 60, the best BoF which of course was a glorious warm up for what I am sure will be an inevitable Euran/Valladar World Cup.
One day...
