A skill modifer is all the experience that the teams has gathered to all the editions of the sport that have played. It depends if its a regional or a World League because they are different. A style modifer can determine on how defensive, blanced or attacking the team is.

RP bonus is also added to your skill mod each matchday, as well.

Also, if you are seriously considering not using rankings when they are there for that reason, "community vote" or not, I can't vote for you.

It's cumulative, at least it has been among all tournaments I've participated on for my past 4 years here.

No you are not...rankings are their for a purpose,your taking that purpose away. Also no ranking do not "last for one match". Its pretty clear that you still need to freshen up on your Scorinator Info.
