Seemed that I underestimated the workload of the mods to check puppet status for a 72 team field, and I do not suspect any illegally entered puppets, so I decided not to do that.

Allamunnic States (The Fanboyists) will replace my puppet Perlasilangan, as I'm afraid that I probably cannot RP with the nation for the tournament. Signups are now officially closed.

I'm afraid it's not. The guy who posted after you was only quoting this announcement by the host a little ways up, which was made over a week before you attempted to signup. Granted, that announcement may not have been entirely clear, but it does stand out if one reads the original post in its entirety.

At this point, I would advise that the title of this thread be changed to clearly show that signups are closed.
