Per the RP puppet enforcement amendment for NS Sports, a challenge was made to the moderators. The challenged player was telegrammed, and they denied puppetry.

Therefore, we are forced to publicly 'out' Landpolis and Northwestern Isles as puppets of the same player, in violation of the rules of this contest.

Thank you, NS Mods. This is what we were waiting for before beginning the tournament. So, both offending nations have been removed from the tournament due to their rules violations, and Mochria and Gregoryisgodistan Special Administrative Zone will not be included because we don't need them for numbers. The official list of 24 participants now stands as:
