At this point, if people want to do this, they should re-start with a signup process.

BTW, if we do do that, should transfers from the aborted season go ahead? We could consider those transfers occuring in the preseason.

Dead it is, then. I'm extremely disappointed, both that it's gone and that people were so resistant to contingency plans until it was far too late, because there was so much potential to be had and now it's gone to waste. If somebody is looking to start it up again - Vakolicci, I'm looking at you - then might I advise that you don't do it for a few months. I wouldn't join another attempt at this for a while because of the risk of the same thing happening again and the fact I've moved on to other things. Maybe in a few months I'd give it another try, but not yet.

The main reason a lot of people were willing to take part in this was because there was a reliable, well-known, well-experienced member of the NS Sports forum, ASMV, running it. I certainly wouldn't take part if someone new to the subforum with no hosting experience was hosting it, and certainly not if they're trying to take charge of somebody else's tournament without approval from anyone else. That may be how it works in the rest of the forum, but it's not how it works 'round here.

I would advise to anybody with a team signed up for this tournament that wants to carry on that team, either start your own national league, or see if you can organise something similar to this. I know that, in Esportiva, Frusennia has already got a few teams together to start a sort-of Esportivan puppet league that may enter teams into the UICA tournaments. If you're in Esportiva, then I'm sure he wouldn't have any problem with you expressing your interest. If you aren't, maybe you could try and drum up support for this in your own region.

C'mon guys. Just drop it.

Sure it's a kick in the testicles/ovaries for all those involved (I spent ages on my Jujooan roster ... ) but bickering about it isn't going to do anyone any favours or magically bring back ASMV. Also, here's hardly the place to air your grievances.

If someone is willing to begin this anew, I'll happily have Jujoo take part.
