I do scorinate everything, but I never post a table of every match round, let alone the matches and their results every round. I don't even keep old seasons around...

I actually started scorinating the leagues for this country before I decided to rejoin NS (I used the site briefly in 2008). It started with baseball and I made like 6 or 7 seasons, then some gridiron seasons etc. So it's quite natural to keep the files around, for me. Now that I've discovered the Joy of Xkoranate, though, I might start a new thread so I can save the rounds.

The host of the Globe Cup hasn’t entered the Globe Cup yet, so UICA competitions are postponed until he does. If he does today, I won’t be available to do the draw until around 00:00 UTC. If anyone else wants to enter in that time, they can.

Postby Virabia » Sun Jun 03, 2012 10:40 am

Guess What?!? It's TRANSFER TIME in Virabia! That's right. This list will be updated with new players until I decide that the window closes so keep checking back. So far the following players are up for transfer

NAME AGE POS CURRENT CLUB SUGGESTED PRICE (IN PVB £1 PVB = £1 GBP)
Mick Rodgers 23 MF Portsham City £80.000 to Abingdon Celtic (Licentiapacisterra) for £80.000

In his season with Portsham City, Mick Rodgers was one of the few brightspots in an otherwise lacklustre team. While he may not be the best player, he does have a lot of speed and endurance which makes him a large asset late in games.

Dan Burton 23 DF Knoxham £100.000 to Inter Compolis (Camwood) for £100.000

Having yet to even play a match in v.league Dan Burton, who was captain of Knoxham during their Hampshire Cup (local cup for teams in the area near Knoxham and Southham) win has decided to forgo v.league play and try to take his talents elsewhere. Exactly what he hopes to accomplish with this, no one really knows but he is a somewhat skilled defender, or, at least for a Virabi footballer.

Tim Ellis 19 DF Beaverbury AFC £600.000 to Mabel Wigglytuffs (Nth. Sunrise Islands) for £4.500.000

With the future of Beaverbury in doubt, Tim Ellis, who suprised many as being one of the strongest players on the club (and one of the main reasons they did so well) is looking to leave Beaverbury. While he said that he is sad to leave the club, he doesn't want to play in a rec league well below his talent level and instead wants to develop his skills abroad. He also hopes that the money from his transfer could help keep the club afloat. As to his potential, he does have quite a bit. With the right mentors he could become a decent defender for any foreign mid-table first-division side.

Miguel Apollo 26 DF CD Vonghurst £90.000 to Ansker FC (Mantwenic) for £96.000

With the voluntary relegation of CD Vonghurst, Miguel Apollo want's to get out. While he was a pretty good player for the club, it is thought that he does have more than a few delusions of grandure. That being said, he's an agile defender and in the right system could be an asset.

Pédro 17 FW CD Vonghurst £110.000 to Saint-Urbain (Cotdelapoms) for £110.000

Like many of those who were on CD Vonghurst, the young 17 year old want's to leave the club. While he would have liked to stay with the club longer, he knows that there wouldn't have been much of a future for him there. Thus, he looks to move to another club either in Virabia or abroad where he can develop in to a top tier player, which is a distinct possibility with him. All he needs is the right nurturing of his skills.

Pablo Ortíz 25 DF CD Vonghurst £60.000 to Balan FC (Mantwenic) for £68.000

Pablo Ortíz is also looking to leave CD Vonghurst and avoid playing in a recreation league. The defender was one of the few good players for the club and is likely going to be selected to be on the Virabi National side, for what that's worth.

Júan Antonío Ramíeres 22 FW Charleston Artillery £40.000 to Matthew City Senators (Nth. Sunrise Islands) for £75.000

Ramíeres is a confusing case. With the Artillery this season he was extremely hit and miss as an attacker. Some games he was on others he looked lost and confused and with no help from his fellow attacker Forrest Parker it did not spell good things for the Artillery who were lucky to finish fifth. It will be interesting to see how he performs on another club though.

The following players are up for Loan (You get them through the next UICA Cycle and with out an extension they return to their parent club)

Tomás Fernandes 23 DF Beaverbury AFC on loan to San Jose (Nth. Sunrise Islands) for 1 year

The captain of Beaverbury, wants not to leave the club but, to develop his skills abroad for a year before returning to his club. He's a quality defender and wants to take his game to the next level.

Fabio Ruiz 23 MF CD Vonghurst on loan to Charlevoix (Cotdelapoms) for 2 years

Unlike the three other listed players from CD Vonghurst, Fabio Ruiz, who is a semi-pro unlike many on the club, wants to see what top notch football is like and potentially develop his game further during the season where CD Vonghurst will be absent from v.league.

Ted Romez 19 MF Vonghurst Capitols on loan to Charlevoix (Cotdelapoms) for 2 years

Like the other two who are loan listed, Ted has an affinity for the club he's on now but he also knows that to make his game as good as it can be he needs to gain experience in leagues which are considered to be... good.

As for incomming Transfers, the following clubs have the following needs (though many will take anyone good)

Atalanta BC: Forward, Goalkeeper, Defender
Charleston Artillery: Forward, Midfielder, Defender
Espilon Psychic: Forward, Defender
Knoxham: Everything
Portsham City: Forward, Midfielder
Vonghurst Capitols: Forward, Defender

Is it appropriate to post RP for the Champion's Cup Qualification in the International Domestic Soccer News Thread? I'm super-excited about having a team qualify first time out the gate!

EDIT: Also, what's with the two scores beside each qualifying match? Is that scores first and second half? Or is qualification a two-match playoff each round?

I thought so, and posted mine, then got a TG notifying me that it wouldn't be counted for RP bonus. So my understanding is it's not offensive, but it won't help you.

My question: is there an RP bonus in the international club competitions? I know there isn't one that updates between rounds because it would be impossible, but is there a bonus for RPing your league up front?

Not trying to speak on behalf of CH, but I can recall talking with him about it at one point in time, saying that he does take domestic RPs into account for the cup scoring. How big the bonuses are is up to him, of course.

There is. RPs posted in the IDSNW between the start of last season’s competition and the start of this season’s competition (the first actual matches, not the draw) are counted, as well as linked posts in domestic newswire threads. Anything posted now would count toward next season’s bonus.

To those who are fishing for new players, I've put my current roster for players in my league, both from FSSO and abroad.

Please bear in mind, all of the players are actually a year older than that roster says they are (forgot to update that, sorry.) If you want to make an offer for somebody, please inform me via TG.

The following players playing with Darmeni clubs have had their contracts expire.
Saugeais
Cesar Loftus-DEF-Johnho FC-28 years old
Civil Citizenry
Starr Whitmore-FOR-Club Jim Falls-18 years old

You have two options: either have them sign a contract extension with the current club (just TG me the number of seasons), or claim them and place them on one of your own teams, or transfer them to another league (just TG me that your taking your player back).

Mangolana
Jonothan Montgomery-MAN-Darmen City United
Erathore
Antonio Anterip-FOR-Sterling City Stars
Polar Islandstates
Anton Svetlanov-DEF-Scott City Beat
Steffan Nassarouline-MID-Scott City Beat
Carmadin
Raehzoys Ochelt-GK-Tim City Cyber Rays
Xer Xan-MID-Tim City Cyber Rays
Civil Citizenry
Albert Wentworth-FOR-Civil Citizenry
The Babbage Islands
Xia Langmu-MID-Tilden Mutiny

The ages I have for the players are probably inacurate, so if you have a different number for their age, go with that instead.

SEASON TWO - 2013

As the First Season of Universitarian Football coordinated by NSICA, the Davestone Eagles from the Athenian Conference have risen as champions after beating the Campines Indians on the Snowflake Stadium at Lynder and non-stoplingly, the top players were chosen to play the Olympic Games. This season has to be declared one of the best of Universitarian Football at the Northern Sunrise Islands as many good players appeared. Once again, make your offer for a player as a TG, eventually, the player will choose if it's better to go international or to stay near home.
