But to Achieve something of this level we need a very skilled organizing committee.

To achieve something of this level, you also actually need to explain what your event is.

You'll need to include in your opening post a description of the event or events to be held at the Titan Games.

I would also gently suggest that while your enthusiasm is commendable, you should consider actively participating in NS Sports events before attempting to start your own.

This thread breaks no rules that I can see, so it won't be locked, but you'll likely find that your events will attract more interest if A) you actually explain what they are and B) you've demonstrated your ability to host NS Sports events, or have at least established a track-record of participation that suggests you're ready to host.

I cannot speak for your participation in events, but the only event that you seem to have hosted was your Quidditch United World Cup, an event which had to have its name changed after initially duplicating the name of the existing Quidditch World Cup, and which I then personally locked for mixing NS nations and RL nations, taking all of the venue information from unattributed copypasta taken from Wikipedia, and making it appear as if the event was taking place in the RL nation of India.

This does not necessarily inspire confidence in your hosting abilities at present, and I would strongly recommend that you gain broader participation experience, and then start small when you do try to host again at some point in the future.

I stress again that this present thread breaks no rules, so I'm not planning on locking it (yet) - but I do think you'll struggle to get participants on present form.

The Titan Games are just like the Olympics.
They are called Titan Games because in Greek Mythology it is believed that the Titans are the elder Gods who ruled the earth before the Olympians overthrew them.
Nations participating in these games are said to be elite and great.

The 1st Titan Games will soon open up its gates to sign-ups and hosting applications. but before that Organizing Committee app. have to have at least 3 more countries (to see if this is going in the right direction).

The 5 Sports that are Permanent
1.Athletics
2.Soccer(football)
3.Cycling
4.Marathon
5.Aquatics
( the disciplines under each of them have to be decided by the committee)

The committee shall consist of...
1.Prefect-the person who will regulate the meetings etc. of the committee
2.vice-Prefect-takes the Prefect Place in case of absence
3.President- aids the Prefect/v.prefect in their responsibilities, tells the prefect what has to be done in the day.
4.Vice-President-takes President's place in absence
5.Delegate of Host Nation-Acts as a diplomat of his nation to all other committee members.
6.Delegates-will ask questions to the President or propose and submit new ideas

Friendly advice from someone who won't have the time to organize or RP this.

Even a really cool idea for a sport can usually only attract 1-3 organizers.

So, while it's great that you've come up with eight possible roles for your committee, I suggest you take on an attitude of flexibility when it comes to your organizing committee. Two people is theoretically enough to organize five sports, I'm guessing. (It seems like you have a volunteer above.)

Judging from previous competitions similar to this, a realistic goal for number of total countries to enter would be 6-18. I'm guessing you wouldn't want to run a Games with fewer than eight countries involved, but that is typically how these things go, so be ready for some disappointment on that front.
