I hadn't thought about post positions, but that would probably be helpful for RPing, so I'll run the field through random.org before each of the prep races. Once we get to the Triple Crown races, I'll put the post positions up in advance.

Also: For others, 1 length= .2 seconds. If your horse finished .2 seconds ahead of the one before it, you beat it by one length. 1 second= 5 lengths.
