Furthermore, it should be noted that Nooooooooland, Zzpi and Sudagiu are all blatant puppets of Schmiegelland. This is not necessarily a bad thing if everyone is aware, but they seem to have been passed off as independent users, which to me seems dishonest and unfair to the other players.

Maybe you could help us with a suggestion to keep our games separate on this single thread we the players don't get confused about who they are responding too?
I guesss that we we could use the subject line as a separator for each game, but then you still have to search the entire thread to put together the entire events of a single game. That might get confusing.
Really, it only spam if the same thing is repeated for the same purpose and content, Our separation was to keep the game play with in the groups consistent. I really don't see what's wrong with that,..

I think you completely misunderstand how sports RPing is done, at the most basic level. What you have described is nothing like what happens.

How do the other 192 of us manage it on the World Cup RP thread? How many posts do you imagine there will be about one game? If you read what everyone has written it should be easy enough. I suggest you look at a few threads to see how it's done - it's not as confusing as you seem to think. Perhaps organising a tournament before you knew how they actually worked was the main problem - it's better to take part first to see how it's done. But never mind - you've started now.
What I would suggest - keep this as your OOC discussion thread, set up a single IC (Everything) thread where squads, scores and RPs are posted. It's easy for the person scoring to keep an eye on all the RPs for grading, it's easy for RPers to see what others have written about matches, it's easy to check the scores because you'll know where to find them. You've got 16 teams, how hard can it be to run it in a single thread?
, why would you insist on clogging up the board with five threads for practically the smallest tournament running?
*WC has threads for scores and rosters, but then it is huge - and still only one thread for RPing in.

From what I've read, the organisers of this tournament appear to believe that scores are formed from the RP itself and that if you RP an attack your opponent needs to then RP them defending it in order to see if you scored. This, if it is what you are thinking, is not how NSsports works.
It isn't like II, where the outcome of the RP and end 'result' of the war is determined by what was RPed. Here, we generate the scores first and then RP about what might have happened to create that score. That way, everybody knows which person they are 'responding' to - the player with whom their last match was played against. No need for a separate thread or any stress.
