Okay, we're on 29 sign-ups, so I'll keep sign-ups open for a little longer to try and reach 32 nations involved. I will have an everything thread up tomorrow at some point with an aim to start on Thursday.

There hasn't been a deadline posted by myself yet, so I'm going to consider this a sign-up. You're able to participate, really all you need to say is 'I sign up' and you're in.

With Skarakia and Mapletish we have 30 nations signed up, that's a workable format with six groups of five, the top two teams in each progressing to the knockout rounds and the four teams with the best group stage records getting a bye to the quarter finals. It's straight knockout really, just a bit of explanation to go with it.

So, with that, this is a soft cut-off on sign-ups, if two more nations sign-up by ~~around this time tomorrow~~ 1830 GMT tomorrow then we'll go with 32, if not, we'll roll with 30.

Would puppets be able to sign up in order to reach 32 teams? If so, count The Grandcott Islands in.

Main nations will always take priority but we could use them to make up numbers.

I'm willing to sign up. Especially as my last class of my college semester is Thursday. Note: I am a new figure here and want to show the Serbian Empire's talents out on the international stage.

Even got a national team on the ready.
