Welcome to the Ko-oren City Marathon! This marathon runs through most neighborhoods of the capital city of Ko-oren. The country itself has been very active in sports throughout the world, but the main feat of hosting an international competition is still something that was to be done. Here it finally is!
The marathon organization hopes many countries will sign up for the event; if there are many athletes and if the event is successful, the organization will look into the possibility of hosting more marathons or other disciplines in other parts of the country. For the Ko-oren City Marathon: countries may supply up to 10 athletes, that will all run for themselves, there will be no team results. Nations are asked to add the skill modifier for each athlete, though this is subject to a few rules:
1) Athletes without skill modifier will be scored badly
2) All athletes from one country may have a maximum average skill modifier of 5
3) The skill modifier must be a number between 1 and 10: whole numbers only
4) Having athletes with very extreme skill modifiers will be penalized (min-maxing)

I will add more information on the city and some of the neighborhoods as applications come in. You can use this for RP’s in the days before the event, which will aid skill modifiers.
