It would, for example, have mitigated against the above 'discussion' between Estenia and Red Blackiland - a discussion that should have taken place via TG (really, don't use this thread to tell people to check their TGs and then carry on the TG conversation here anyway; thank you) - from cluttering up the present thread.

Let me check with the rest of the team, though, before giving my formal approval.

While we've always allowed for some casual banter between nations, long personal conversations between two individuals only over their favourite teams - especially when that conversation started by those individuals telling each other to check their TGs, which would be a far better medium for that conversation anyway - could be construed as spam, and may accrue a warning accordingly.

So let me make this very clear to you:

If Estenia and Red Blackiland refuse to take this personal conversation to TG or IRC - where it actually belongs - I will warn both of them for spamming the WCDT.

If there's any objection to my taking such action in a thread where I'm often heavily involved, then I'll get another member of the team to do it for me.
