Qualification group draw has been edited into the first post of the RP thread - 24 groups of 8 as well as a very tentative schedule.

The following changes were made from the sign-ups list in the thread: Bostopia and Angelastan were removed due to CTE and Omarios removed due to withdrawing. Tryienne, Evraim and Alundas were the nations promoted from the base list.

On a sidenote, could someone point me to the KPB formula? I somehow manage not to find it, as I was wondering why only 2 BoFs were added to the total and 3 CoHs/WCs.

I don't think the formula's actually stated anywhere, but it is:

WC Finals: (Points Obtained + 3) divided by 7. Most recent multiplied by 8, second most recent by 4, third most recent by 2.
WC Qualifying: Points Obtained divided by number of qualifying matches. Most recent multiplied by 4, second most recent by 2, third most recent by 1.
CoH: Points obtained divided by number of potential matches played (had they made it to the finals). Most recent multiplied by 2.5, second most recent by 1.25, third most recent by 0.625.
BoF: Points obtained divided by number of potential matches played (had they made it to the finals). Most recent multiplied by 1, second most recent by 0.5.

Most likely, BoFs only count for 2 cycles to avoid artificially inflating the ranking of teams during their third cycle. In the World Bowl rankings, BoIs counted for 3 editions, so I was ranked 2nd in the post-World Bowl 22 rankings and fell to 3rd in the pre-World Bowl 23 rankings (once my remaining BoI points were removed). I think that example shows the ridiculousness of retaining BoI (or BoF) points for 3 cycles.

I'm sure I'm missing something, but why are there two lists of rankings? I'm only asking because I'm four places higher (but with the same KPB coefficient) in the second list...

They're a bit different, though. It's a lot harder to go from unranked to second in three cycle in the World Cup than the World Bowl. There are more nations and they stick around for longer. Of course, that means it makes even less sense for the BoI points to be retained for 3 cycles, and if anything it's the BoF points that should, not the other way around. And it's not like I have a conflict of interest, since I won the BoI and was eliminated from the BoF in the group stage.

As far as I can work out, when I use the find function it goes to a different section where the teams are listed in alphabetical order rather then by rank number. This hasn't happened before when I've used the function.

That could be because I've listed the WC69 entry list in alphabetical order on the second page of the spreadsheet, so those who haven't yet figured out the search function can find their (opponents') ranks easily. If people do not like it, I can scrap it.
