I decided to revive domestic gridiron, with a new thread and a new organization (the WAGFC). While I am still trying to work out the details, I envision a home-and-away knockout format (using the away points rule), with no group stages and a neutral site title game.

At the moment, I need to figure out a co-efficient formula, which would be in use for the second season and all subsequent seasons. Since it has been so long since the last IGCL, no co-efficients will be used for the first season. A bonus will be in effect for Season 1, on a 0-1 scale, based upon quality of the posts, so that it isn't 100% random. For season 1, the draw will be completely random (including a random chance of a bye, if byes are necessary), although I'd be willing to consider seeded draws for season 2.

I specifically chose not to set a deadline, due to my current World Cup bid. I will determine, at a later point, whether the first season will be held before, during or after World Cup 68 and set a deadline accordingly. I put the thread up now to provide plenty of time to post results for the first season.

I'm open to suggestions regarding how to improve this concept and suggestions regarding naming.

For now, I'm just happy you're willing to pick this up. I've scorinated my league throughout the gap between the last time there was a tournament and now, so I've got some material lying around.

So, seems we had a mistake in the most current edition.

In the Playoff Round, Rosenpfelblatz Power was defeated by Kyethas Cannibals.

Will take care of it. The issue with Kyethas Cannibals was brought to my attention before. I'll rescorinate the affected games, and only the affected games.

I've spotted several other issues in the meantime.
