What is this Event?
Grenade Throwing was a sport practiced by soldiers long ago to prepare for battle. We are now bringing back this sport for the civilian population.
Rules
1.The Grenade must be launched by the competitor without aid of mechanical aid
2.Peformance enhancing drugs are banned and drug tests must be taken by all participants
3.The grenade must be a standard 400g M67 Canuckistani Frag Grenade
4.All grenades must be thrown into the designated area
5.All grenades shall be thrown within the allotted time of 5 second after an air horn blast by the referee
6.Grenades can be live or rearmed.
Where will this be held?
This event will be held in Soviet Canuckistan at Miller Field, an army base just outside the capital of Moscawa.
Format
There will be groups of 4 participants, the top two will advance from each group into another group of 4 and so on until there are 4 participants remaining which that round will be the finals. There will be events for Men and Women that are separate. Each nation can enter 5 of each gender with skill modifiers that must average to .5 or below or they will be rounded down to that number or determined by me.

We shall use the xKoranate 0.3.3 Javelin throw scorinator.
