New London clearly is a good team, as they dominated the Menominee Professionals by 33 points. It seems as though the Tamarindian Invite gave New London a headstart on the rest of the teams in terms of experience. The Stambaugh Miners dominated once again against the Independents, while the Oshkosh Professionals squeaked by Sheboygan by four points.

Darmen Wins Close Game over World #1
Darmen defeated #1 ranked Andossa Se Mitrin Vega, 23-22, in Quarterfinal action. Brendi Jones rushed for two touchdowns, while Mike Funi also caught a touchdown. Darmen struggled on conversions, going 1-3. This will be one thing that the team will need to improve on before their next game against Cassadaigua. The ability to score on conversions in Babbage Rules is most important.

Darmen will be up against another tough opponent in the Semifinals, Cassadaigua. The Dagans are coming off of a 32-21 upset of The Babbage Islands. Darmen should have the upper hand in this game with their superb defense, but only time will tell who the winner will be.

"Ooh, actual media coverage."

"Apparently we're on a hot streak, you know."

"What?!"

"Yeah, for serious."

"After our stunning, last possession comeback?"

"Yup."

"That touchdown pass was pretty nice."

"Aye. Mirko is playing well at the moment."

"He's only 16 too."

"Yeah, he was telling me he wanted to played college football."

"Really?!"

"Yeah, NSCF and everything. He said he'd already been hit up by Kitzbuhel Institute of Geology for a possible scholarship."

"Wow. He is pretty immense though. He really could be something, it wouldn't surprise me if we one day hear about him playing for an MFL or RFL team."

"I know. The talent there is enormous. Wish I could help him nurture that, because he could be brilliant."

"He will be brilliant, he doesn't need you to help him! And since when did you use words like 'nurture', you sound like a dick when you say that, I hope you know."

"Whatever."

"We always end up arguing."

"Yeah, and it's always you that starts it."

--A minute or two later--

"You're a dick."

The Stayleys and Legion both gained their first losses in the North Division, while in the South, four teams are now tied for first with 2-1 records. In the East, four teams are tied for first, and just like in the South, all have 2-1 records. In the West, the Stambaugh Miners remained the only unbeaten team through week three after their 29-13 win over Maple Leaf AC.

Darmen defeats Dagans, advances to Finals
Darmen defeated Cassadaigua 42-23 in the Semifinals of the Mcleod Cup. Darmen dominated on both offense and defense, and it looked as though the Dagans had no hope of winning the game. Darmen now advances to the Finals, in which they'll play ABK, or Alfabeto Soup as it's more internationaly used name. ABK defeated Thatius 32-21. Darmen should be able to pull out on top against the less experienced Alfabeto Souper's, or whatever their demonym is. We expect Berry Fincle to have an excellent game on offense, while Xua Hans will lead the Defense.

Other News from around the Mcleod Cup
We must first begin with a correction. In our last edition, we incorrectly stated that Tekcirb and Solra would play in the Shield Finals. In fact, they still had to face Tarrentum and Delaclava in the Semifinals to advance to the Shield Finals. However, Tekcirb lost to Tarrentum, 11-34, while Solra was defeated by Delaclava, 10-38. It will be Tarrentum and Delaclava who will play each other in the Shield Finals.

In the Bowl Semi's, Chuckio lost to Mytannion, 34-19. Can anyone stop Mytannion? Krytenia defeated Beldonia, 39-15, and will face Mytannion in the Finals. In the Plate Semi's, Tamarindia defeated Cyborg Holland, 34-2, while Armorgames defeated Wolfmanne, 40-17. Tamarindia will compete against Wolfmanne in the Plate Finals.

Thanks for the tournament TBI. How I finished second, without any RP and not being particularly highly ranked, idk. But congrats to Darmen and thanks.

I have modified the formula a bit to give bonuses to teams who make the Plate or Cup bracket, and for each match played in the Cup bracket. These have been retrofitted for the last three tournaments in this ratings list. Details will be posted in the discussion thread and to the wiki.
