Transfer Requests from Ficiscia
After the restructuring of the league (OOC: me finishing all the rosters) some teams in the Ficiscian league find themselves a little short on players and considered looking outside the nation's borders. If you're interested, please TG me with some info about the players you think about. In Ficiscia, usually money is paid (as in European football/soccer), but trades are a possibility as well. If you want a trade, just tell me what you're looking for and I'll send you some suggestions. Here's the player types that are wanted by teams:
ASTRA ORIENTALIS: Almost any kind of skater, but preferably left wingers. Astra is a classical playoff struggler, surprisingly making the semifinals last year but lost their key player, RW Manuel Aleixos, to Partizan Belushya Guba in the NZEL. Therefore, their objective is making the playoffs again. They have a squad that is rather on the small side with 25 players, some of them 18 and 19 year old juniors on their rookie seasons that are barely good enough for anything more than the 4th block yet. Astra is looking for a Top 6 attacker, but might also sign a depth defenseman just to make sure injuries can't trouble them too much. They want a player who is fast and has a good condition, but don't pay much attention to physical play as this is not very important in the Ficiscian league. Also, they scored only six goals in the first four games, so a little scoring power would be appreciated. As Astra wants to acquire more depth, trades are unlikely to be accepted (only if juniors or backup players can be traded from the Astra side).
HC MARINUM: Left or Right Wingers. Marinum is usually a top 5 team, but has been struggling lately, even missing the playoffs in the last season. They focus on defense, so a creative technical player would be wrong. They are mainly looking for a high-scoring two way attacker with a good shot, as they seem to be able to avoid goals at the moment, but can't score enough themselves. Marinum would be willing to trade away a center or a defenseman in exchange for a winger. On the left side, they'd be looking for depth, while they would prefer a first- or second-liner on the right side.
SH URBALTUM: Any kind of young Top-6 (or Top-9) attackers. This might be a good address for young forwards who need some playtime, given that Urbaltum has only 13 attackers in their squad and quite a few of them are already (way) past 30. In fact, Titus Vatinius, the second-line center, is 39 and the oldest skater in the league, which means they need to rotate a bit to preserve energy for the long season. Urbaltum does not have very good attackers, so young players who struggle to get time on ice may like to go there on a loan basis to get some experience and possibly the chance to play in a higher line than at home. Thanks to a good team spirit and much experience on and off the ice, Urbaltum still is a playoff contender, so you wouldn't be playing for a truly bad team. Defenders could be traded away, but they'd all be rather old as Urbaltum is currently trying to rebuild one of the oldest teams in the league.
OOC: I'm trying to put a RP out for every four matchdays (not sure if I can do it, though) so the chances are rather high that I do RP your players at some point (unless their team manages to play a season without any events worth a mention). Regardless of RP'ing I do keep up to date stats for all players in the League, so you'll get the numbers for games played, goals and assists if you wish. Don't worry, the day I acquire players and let them rot to death "unused" is the day I stop the Campionatum.
